Flair had a very quick fast prompt service. Ron was our tech. He was very friendly and super knowledgeable he diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it right. Explained why the unit had issues. We would recommend Flair 100% and and can’t say enough about Ron

I highly recommend Flair for your a/c and heating needs. Very prompt service, quality product offering, punctual and on-time for appointments. I have used Flair for over 10 years for maintenance and new installs. Jody and the entire crew did an awesome job last week from diagnosing my problem, to offering me options, and subsequently installing a new unit as per my decision.

I want to give a shout out to Ron the A/C Technician with Flair who went above and beyond this morning. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. I have been a customer of Flair Air Conditioning for many, many years. I am on the twice a year maintenance plan and Ron was so helpful in answering all of my questions as well as offering excellent tips on maximizing the A/C efficiency. My service call with Ron was super informative and very productive. He was knowledgeable, made the necessary adjustments to the unit and offered great tips on how to manage the temperature and control the airflow/loss around the house. I can't say enough about how pleasant he was to deal with. Flair is owned/run by honest people, we had the pleasure of dealing with Terry, who did not try to sell us something new when what we had could be fixed/managed. Thank you Flair!
